Estatum – detailed cash flow analyses four years ahead

Estatum is a leading Danish provider of real estate investment opportunities. The company is growing rapidly and today employs over 50 people, but Estatum has chosen to place their limited partnership budgets in the competent hands of Office Solutions.

Estatum’s real estate portfolio surpasses DKK 6 billion invested in 150 different properties on the UK real estate market. In order to bolster the company’s limited partnership administration and client services, Estatum made the decision to prepare more detailed cash flow budgets as a supplement to the general management and liquidity management of each individual limited partnership.

The preparation of these budgets was outsourced to Office Solutions, where five university educated economists work on the project full time. Together with Estatum economists, they generate updated cash flow analyses four years ahead for the various limited partnerships – all the way down to the monthly level.
The detailed budgets constitute an effective navigation instrument for the limited partnership boards. It is expected that the partnership will be expanded to include an additional four economists over the course of 2009.
